Clothing

So My work-out wardrobe is very limited nad I have been wearing the same two tops and black loose sleep-wear pants and I just don't do laundry that often, plus I feel like everything is hanging out and I have no pockets.

I don't have the money now, but I would love to get this top, maybe teo in two colors and these pants are way too expenssive, but i hate sweating, so maybe they would be good, or perhaps i should just be wearing these under my pants to keep the sweating down.

i pretty much think they have ugly overpriced clothes ont hat site, but i got my snow stuff from them and it fits great and its simple. plus how many plus size athletic-wear places are there?

It's the polyester and nylon that works for wicking sweat from your body - at least in the underwear and shirt. Anything that's mostly soft and felxible poly or nylon with some spandex should work almost as well as that shirt and underwear. Those pants, though, are Tactel which is a specific kind of nylon that wicks and is windproof which actually is worth the money, from what I've heard.

I like to hike and jog in my stretchy teacher shirts, which are 90 nylon and 10 spandex. The main thing is that it is quick drying. If you're not super sensitive to sweating, you can probably get something at WalMart or Kohls or somewhere (not sure who has +sizes, though) for $7ish that will be pretty near as good as Junonia or Title Nine. More technical fabrics such as Coolmax (kind of polyester which is getting cheaper) and Tactel (still hella expensive, I'm pretty sure) will wick moisture and dry 6 or 7 times as fast as cotton, which to me, in the moment, doesn't feel too much better than 2 or 3 times faster. It's all better than cotton... But like I said, I'm not that sensitive to moisture and often just wear cotton, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
